6th ASPASP International Congress Programme Announcement (announced on October 11th)

We are pleased to attach the finalized programme of events for the forthcoming Congress. Any changes to these schedules will be advised to you by email and posted on the website.

Attachment 1 shows the finalized programme from 11th to 14th November.
Attachment 2 defines the code number for each individual presenter for each of the modes of presentation, oral, poster, symposia, forum and workshop.

Dear Participants :
We have been advised that the Congress hotel rooms are already fully booked by participants. Thank you for your support.
If you still have not made a hotel reservation we recommend you consider Yo Xing Regency by contacting their Manager Wong at yoxing@ffh.com.tw

Yo Xing Regency is a nice cozy hotel located close to many sightseeing spots, 1 minute walk to MRT and 7 minutes walking distance to one of Taipei’s famous night markets.  It takes about 10-15min by taxi to the Congress hotel and will cost about 4 USD for one taxi. Walking distance from Yo Xing Regency to Congress hotel is about 30 min. It also provides a good FREE shuttle bus service to the congress venue with one round trip every day.

Should you stay at Yo Xing Regency more than seven days it will provide a FREE pick-up airport service. Should you stay there more than four days it will provide a FREE drop-off airport service.

The room price at Yo Xing Regency is very reasonable. The y have various room types with an ASPASP discount rate from1800NT~2850NT which includes breakfast and free internet in the room.

Please be reminded that 31st August 2011 is the deadline date for early bird registration.
The final deadline for registration to attend the Congress is 20th September 2011.
Prospective participants are reminded that should you fail to register by the 20th September 2011 your papers will NOT be included in the proceedings.

Effective from 3:00 pm, March 15, 2011, passport holders of the Republic of the Philippines, India, Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam may apply for an authorization certificate online for visa-free entry into the Republic of China (Taiwan).
